How billing works
Prepaid and transparent: you always know what an order costs before you place it.

Top up your balance
Pay with crypto. A small payment-processing fee is included in the invoice, so your balance receives the full amount you choose.
- Step 2
Order a number
The price shown, options included, is taken from your balance when you order, and it's final for that order.
- Step 3
Get your code, or your money back
Once the code arrives, the order is complete. If it doesn't arrive before the number expires, or you cancel first, the full price returns to your balance.

Good to know
Options cost a little more
Area codes, carriers and states narrow down which number you get, so they add to the price. The price shown before you order always includes them.
No code, no charge
If no code arrives before a number expires, or you cancel it first, the full price goes back to your balance automatically. A few services are marked as non-refundable before you order.
Rentals renew on your terms
Rentals are paid for up front. Renew one from your list for another period, or turn on auto-renew and it's renewed from your balance a few hours before it ends.
