Loyalty table

Your week's top-ups or your successful activations reach a level, whichever is higher. The higher your level, the lower your prices.

Discounts apply to one-time numbers and rentals, on the site and through the API.

Once and for all

  • Level 2

Spend $500: permanent level 2 is yours

  • Level 3

Spend $5,000: permanent level 3 is yours

  • Level 5

Spend $50,000: permanent level 5 is yours

Topping up your balance isn't enough for a permanent level: it comes from what you spend on numbers and rentals.

Any permanent level needs two-factor authentication turned on in your account.

3 steps to the maximum benefit

  1. 1

Top up your balance with $99

You move up to level 1 at once and get up to 5% off numbers. The discount lasts until Tuesday, when levels are recalculated, and then for one more week.

  2. 2

Keep topping up $99 a week

This way your discount stays with you every week.

  3. 3

    Or top up more

Your discount grows with your level, up to 25%, and numbers get even cheaper.

Simple rules

1. The higher your level, the lower your prices

You top up your balance and your level goes up. The table shows how much to top up to get, keep or raise your level.

2. Your level is updated every week

You get your level right after a top-up. Every Tuesday at 07:00 UTC the week's top-ups are added up, and the level they reach is kept for the whole next week.

You top up on Monday

Your level goes up at once. On Tuesday the week is added up and your level is kept for another week: your level and its discount last 8 days.

You top up on Wednesday

Your level goes up at once. On the next Tuesday the week is added up and your level is kept for another week: your level and its discount last 13 days.

You can climb in small steps

You top up $99: level 1 at once. Before Tuesday you top up a few more times, $199 in all. On Tuesday the week's total moves you up to level 2.

Eligibility rules

Who takes part, what counts toward your level, and where the discount applies.

  • Who takes part

Every account, from the day it's created. There's nothing to sign up for and no fee.

  • What counts as a top-up

Every payment credited to your balance, at the amount credited, in the week it's credited. Payment fees and deposit offer bonuses don't count. Balance our team adds counts only when it stands for a payment you made another way.

  • What counts as a successful activation

A one-time number that received its code and wasn't refunded, counted in the week you bought it. Rentals, and numbers that were cancelled or ran out without a code, don't count.

  • When your level changes

A top-up that reaches a level gives it to you at once. Every Tuesday at 07:00 UTC the week closes, and the level it reached is yours for the whole next week. A level never goes down before then.

  • Keeping your level

Reach your level again each week to keep it. If a week reaches a lower level, or none, that's your level for the week after.

  • Permanent levels

Your lifetime spending on numbers and rentals, not your top-ups, unlocks a level for good: $500 for level 2, $5,000 for level 3, and $50,000 for level 5. A purchase counts once it can no longer be refunded.

A permanent level applies while two-factor authentication is on in your account.

  • Where the discount applies

Numbers and rentals from Prime, Pinpoint, Flex, Global, Smart, Plus, Express, Pinpoint Rental, Flex Rental, Global Rental, and Plus Rental, including rental renewals, on the site and through the API. Top-ups themselves aren't discounted.

  • One discount at a time

If you hold more than one level, the highest one applies. A personal discount from our team is used instead only when it gives a lower price. A price never drops below what the number costs us, which is why discounts are "up to".

FAQ

Every price you see and pay already includes your level's discount, on the site and through the API. More numbers fit your budget, as pricier ones are discounted for you.

A number's base price is set by the operator of its SIM card, but our own margin we can lower. That's where the discount for regular customers comes from, which is why it's up to 25%: a price never drops below what the number costs us.

One-time numbers and rentals, including rental renewals and reused numbers bought at their price. Top-ups themselves aren't discounted.

No. If you have more than one level, say a weekly level and a permanent one, the highest one applies, and a personal discount from our team is used only when it gives a lower price.

A one-time number that received its code and wasn't refunded. Rentals and cancelled or expired numbers don't count.
