Our numbers are meant for lawful purposes, such as protecting your privacy, testing apps and managing your own accounts. You're responsible for how you use them, for following the laws that apply to you and for respecting the terms of each service you verify. Fraud, spam, impersonation and taking over other people's accounts are forbidden: see our acceptable use rules.

3.No guarantee of acceptance

Each website and app decides for itself which phone numbers it accepts, whether it sends a code and whether an account it opens stays active. Services can change their rules at any time, limit codes to certain numbers or regions, or ask for more checks. We provide real, carrier-issued numbers that are widely accepted, but we can't guarantee that a particular service will accept a number, send a code to it or keep an account open.

4.Message delivery

Delivery of codes depends on the sending service, on mobile carriers and on our telecommunications partners, so we can't guarantee that every message will arrive, or arrive within a given time. When no code arrives before a number expires, your money comes back to your balance automatically, as our refund policy describes.

5.Temporary numbers and account recovery

Numbers are temporary. After a one-time order or a rental ends, the number may be given to someone else, and you may not be able to receive codes on it again. Don't use a one-time number as the only recovery or two-factor method of an important account: rent a number for as long as you need it, or use your own. For banking and other sensitive accounts, use a number registered in your own name.

6.Third-party services and trademarks

The services you verify, payment providers, carriers and telecommunications partners operate independently of us, and we're not responsible for their content, policies, actions or availability. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

All product names, logos and brands mentioned or shown on our site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services our numbers work with. TextVerification isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

7.Prices and availability

Prices, products, countries and services change as our partners' offers change. Prices published on our site are for information; the price that applies to an order is the one on the order form when you place it.

8.API, integrations and account security

If you connect your own software to our API, you're responsible for it, for keeping your API key secret and for securing your callback endpoints. We're not liable for losses caused by your code, by a leaked API key or password, or by changes you make to your integration.

9.Limitation of liability

The Service and the information on our site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, TextVerification isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our numbers, our site or its information, including lost accounts, profits or data.
